Quirk Ford in Quincy, MA receives President’s Award Honor from Ford CEO Mark Fields

Established in 1998 the Ford President’s Award is presented only to a select handful of Ford dealers who exhibit exceedingly high satisfaction marks from all of their customers in all facets of the dealership including sales, service, and parts.

From  Ford’s President’s Award Recipient Release doctrine:
“In order to achieve the President’s Award, dealers must exceed customer expectations every day in every department.  The pursuit of excellence is not for the faint of heart – it requires passion, tenacity and, of course, hard work.  This prestigious award salutes those top-performing Ford and Lincoln dealerships that embrace these philosophies, achieving among the highest levels of customer satisfaction – in both sales and service – in automotive retailing,”

For Quirk Ford located in Quincy, Massachusetts this is our 12th time being presented this very prestigious award and we graciously accept it. Although it is an award that carries a certain level of irregularity for us, our mission since the day we first opened on Southern Artery in Quincy has always been to treat our customers with the utmost in dignity, respect, and the highest level of appreciation. What this award means to us that we served our duty to our community and have serviced our customers that make our business possible. Thank you very much to everyone who helped us reach our goals in 2013. We will continue to strive to for satisfaction excellence in 2014 in hopes of once again being adorned with this award for satisfying all of you.
